The Marketing Director will be responsible for initiating and driving an integrated marketing strategy with a focus on developing new acquisition channels, refining current channels and ensuring strong customer retention. This role will also be responsible for analyzing and improving our performance across different platforms that drive customer acquisition, engagement, education, retention and loyalty. This position will lead the brand strategy and take complete ownership of top-line results.
The ideal candidate must be very familiar with current market trends in the SaaS industry and has previous experience of driving transformative change in their industry.
