The lead Mechanic is responsible for carrying out maintenance on all equipment and vehicles as per the Company procedure.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

- To carry out and optimize maintenance of all associated Slickline equipment including winches, trucks and cranes and vehicle ensuring the KPI targets are met. This includes maintenance of Expro’s workshop equipment.

-  Provide detailed reports of the day’s activities on a daily basis.

- Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments and safety meetings.

- Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear, record repairs and maintenance performed.

- Clean, lubricate and adjust parts, associated Slickline equipment including winches, trucks and cranes.

- Disassemble associated Slickline equipment including winches, trucks and cranes to remove parts and make repairs and reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing or repairs.

- Repair, restore and maintain the operating condition of associated Slickline equipment including winches, trucks and cranes, replacing broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.

- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes
